Annual Meeting

All owners of record should have received the Notice of Annual Meeting and Candidate Form. In addition, those owners who had not previously returned their signed Limited Proxy card were provided a new proxy card to be signed and returned to First Realty. As you are aware, the Limited Proxy is a five-year proxy that enables the Association to achieve quorum for Annual Meetings. If you attend the meeting, your proxy will be revoked and you will receive a ballot for voting.

The Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. at the Brooklyn Heights United Church of Christ, located at 2005 W. Schaaf Road, Brooklyn Heights, Ohio. Sign in will begin at 6:15 p.m.

At this Annual Meeting, two positions on the Board will be elected. If you would like to run for a Board position, please complete the Candidate Form and return it to First Realty Property Management before February 1, 2017.

While the annual election meeting is open to all owners, the agenda is tightly defined by Article I, Section 7 of the Bylaws. These meetings are not designed to be complaint sessions. Owners with immediate complaints or concerns should contact management and not wait until the Annual Meeting.
