New Property Management!

As of December 1, 2017 Lakeview Ridge will have a new Property Management Company.
The board did a thorough search and are pleased to announce that it has selected The Lawrence Community Management Group, Inc., as the new management company for our Lakeview Ridge association.
Lawrence is a local firm located in Avon, and which provides community management services to condominium and homeowner associations on the west side of Cleveland.
Should you have common area maintenance questions, maintenance fee account
questions, or other concerns, please call the office at (440) 808-5080.
Customer Service will generally be able to handle your request or need. In the event a return call is needed, telephone calls to our office requiring response are usually returned within 24 to 48 hours.
Maintenance requests that are the responsibility of the Association are handled promptly
with most requests being handled within one week or less from your call.
Please note that ALL requests (architectural and landscaping changes) and all complaints
(Rules Violations, etc.) must be in writing and must be signed in order for Lawrence and/or
The Board of Directors to take any action.

Lawrence's office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. The office is closed on
weekends. When the office is closed, you may leave a message on the voice mail with
maintenance requests and other general questions. If your call is an EMERGENCY and it is
after regular business hours or on the weekend, you may call the office and get the
emergency cell phone number for the Association Manager on call. Please do not use the
emergency after-hours number for routine matters as the Association could be charged for
non-emergency calls.
