It's the Answer Rubbish My Friend That's Blowing in the Wind!

It has been an especially acute problem with our recent windy weather conditions that a lot of rubbish has been blowing around the property. While its easy to blame it on the wind, the fact is often the rubbish is not properly prepared for for pick up.

Here is a friendly reminder on rules for Rubbish Removal.

1. Rubbish pick-up day is Thursday
2. Rubbish must be securely tied and placed in appropriate containers or bags no earlier than 6:00 pm on the day before pickup.
3. Empty trash cans must be removed from the curb no later than 6:00 pm on pick-up day and placed inside.
4. Rubbish removal is contracted by the Association and NOT provided by the City of Cleveland. If you have a large item for disposal, You must contact the management company to make arrangements. The cost, if any, will be borne by the unit owner.
