New Garbage Service Company but...Too cold for Garbage

Lakeview Ridge Condo Association has contracted with a new company for our garbage pickup. Beginning in January, 2014 we will use Republic Services. Our service schedule will remain every Thursday. Also, the condo rules about containers and when garbage may be put to the "curb" stay in effect.

January 7, 2014: Please note:

Because of the extreme cold garbage pickup for the week of January 5, 2014 will be delayed by a day.

Republic had to shut down for today, the hydraulics will not work on the trucks in this cold. Instead of them picking up this Thursday, they will pick up trash this Friday. Regular Thursday pickup will resume next week.
