Spring "walk" just completed

The Associations Board of Managers has just completed its annual spring walk where they inspect the communal property for any repairs, cleanups and adjustments needed for our neighborhood to look its best.This year the walk was carried out earlier than in previous years so the any additional spring cleanup can be identified and scheduled before the summer is upon us. As usual the NE Ohio winter has left its mark and there is quite a bit of landscaping cleanup needed. In addition, all units could use a pressure wash to rinse away the grime of winter.This is something that falls within individual owner responsibilities. Its easy to do, doesn't take much time or money but will make a tremendous difference in how we look and feel about our homes.
