Pets (There is NO Poop Fairy!)

• Pet owners are required to comply with the Pet Rules.
• Owners must pick up after their pets immediately and dispose of the waste
• Pets must not be tied to any part of the building, plantings, or on a tie-out.
• Pets must be on a hand leash and attended to at all times while in the common areas and are prohibited from running loose.
• Any pet causing a disturbance or creating a nuisance may be permanently removed from the condominium property.
