In accordance with the Lakeview Ridge Condominium Association Bylaws, the 2012 Annual Meeting of the Association will be held on Monday, February 20, 2012 promptly at 6:30 p.m. at the Brooklyn Heights United Church of Christ, which is located at 2005 W. Schaaf Rd. in Brooklyn Heights, Ohio. Sign-in will begin at 6:00 p.m.

We are required by our Association's documents to have one-third (1/3) of the Association membership present, either in person or by proxy, to enact business and hold an election of Board Members. We received a quorum for this meeting from the five (5) year proxy that we sent out in 2010. Therefore, no proxy cards are included with this mailing.

Please remember: We have a five (5) member Board of Directors. Two Board positions will be up for election at this meeting.
