Garbage Containers

In the last few months it has become apparent that not all residents are familiar with the rules on putting garbage out by the street for pickup. These are the rules pertaining to garbage collection.

1. Rubbish pick-up day is Thursday.
2. Rubbish must be securely tied and placed in appropriate containers or bags no earlier that 6:00pm on the day before pick up.
   1. Empty trash cans must be removed from the curb no later than 6:00 pm on pick-up day and placed inside.
3. Rubbish removal is contracted by the Association and not provided by the City of Cleveland. If you have a large item for disposal, you must contact the management company to make arrangements. The cost, if any, will be borne by the unit owner.

Lately there has been a lot of garbage put to the street that isn't in the proper bags or containers. That garbage ends up being blown all over the development, causing an eyesore and work for other residents.
