Annual Property Inspections

The Board and Property Manager recently completed their annual walkthrough inspection of the property in May.
During the inspection, areas of focus include the common areas siding, trim, decks, satellite dishes, storm doors, additions to residences, windows, trash cans, animal feces, etc.
If areas of concern or repair are identified which fall under the responsibility of a Unit Owner they will receive a Notice to Cure letter and inspection sheet with instructions to correct the deficiencies by the specified date on the letter.
Owners who do not complete the maintenance items may be subject to enforcement assessments for noncompliance.
