New Trash Schedule

We have been notified by Republic Services of Cleveland that it is necessary to change our designated weekly rubbish and recyclable pick-up day.

• Effective January 1, 2017, the new pick-up day for both rubbish and recyclables will be FRIDAY of each week.

Please be aware that Republic Services will be on site very early on Friday mornings, so please be sure that your trash and recyclables are placed at the curb on Thursday evenings to avoid potential issues.

We have again enclosed a flyer from Republic Services that details information about their trash pick-up and recycling programs.

For additional information or bulk item pick-up, residents are encouraged to contact the customer service line for Republic Services directly at 216-441-6300 or 1-800-968-7789 and refer to either your unit address or the account number for Lakeview Ridge Condominiums which is 3-0224-0092110.

• As mandated in the Rules and Regulations, trash may not be put out for collection earlier than 6 p.m. the day before pick up.
• Empty trash containers must be removed from the curb and stored inside and out of sight except on the day of collection.

As we are all aware, Ohio winds can be very strong and will blow trash containers around the property if not stored properly.
