In the coming weeks, you will begin to see significant improvements to the signage, lighting, and landscaping at the entrance to the Association. The Board has contracted with several contractors to make these improvements along with a number of other landscape improvements located throughout the Association.
Additional modifications include significant pruning or removal of overgrown, odd-shaped, or dying shrubs and trees, an overall shrub and trimming program to the entirety of the property, and refurbishing of those bed areas that are covered with river stone.
In addition, the Board will be working closely with the landscaping contractor to develop a plan for replacement of some of the trees/shrubs that have been removed from the property in recent years. This process is being performed to enhance the overall aesthetics of the Association and to add additional color and more vibrant and attractive tree and shrub species.
