March 2017 Newsletter
Post date: Feb 21, 2017 10:35:26 PM
This month's Newsletter includes a recap of the Annual Meeting which occurred on Wednesday, February 15th, 2017. In spite of the weather, the turnout of owners was better than in 2016.
Also included in this month's issue are safety and security reminders. Given the world we live in today, crime can and does occur in just about every community, even ours. Recently, several incidents of theft occurred in our development. As such, it is important to keep in mind the safety precautions listed.
A repost of the fact that residents need to keep their dogs on a leash when they are outside the home. And of course, a reminder that there is no such thing as the poop fairy. Please pick up after your dog.
We've had over a month of the new trash pickup schedule, but if you are not sure when and how to put out your trash for pickup, there is a review of the new schedule. Also a reminder that we now have recycling pickup. Put your recyclable items in a blue plastic bag (blue grocery bags are fine). There is a flyer from Republic that explains all the details here.
Then of course we have the monthly reminders about parking, seasonal reminders about snow removal procedures and finally how to contact Kathy Hendricks at First Realty, our management company.
Finally, St. Patrick's Day and Spring are around the corner. Enjoy both!
