Inspection Maintenance Repairs

After the Board and Property Manager completed their recent annual walk through, some owners received “Notice to Cure” letters identifying maintenance items that need to be corrected before September 1, 2016.
Please note, these items are the responsibility of the Unit Owner to repair/replace.
Owners who do not complete the maintenance items may be subject to enforcement assessments for noncompliance.
