New Trash Schedule

As noted in the January newsletter, Republic Services of Cleveland has changed our designated weekly rubbish and recyclable pick-up day to FRIDAY, effective January 1, 2017. Please be aware that Republic Services will be on site very early on Friday mornings, so please be sure that your trash and recyclables are placed at the curb on Thursday evenings to avoid potential issues.

For additional information regarding bulk item pick-up, etc., residents are encouraged to contact the customer service line for Republic Services directly at 216-441-6300 or 1-800-968-7789 and refer to either your unit address or the account number for Lakeview Ridge Condominiums which is 3-0224-0092110.

As mandated in the Rules and Regulations, trash may not be put out for collection earlier than 6 p.m. the day before pick up. Empty trash containers must be removed from the curb and stored inside and out of sight except on the day of collection. Please make sure your trash items are properly secured so that loose items are not blown around the property.
