Installation of satellite dishes is subject to the Association’s Satellite Dish Rules and Regulations.

If you are contemplating installing a satellite dish, please complete the Notice to Install Satellite Dish/Antenna form at the back of your Rules Handbook (including a signed Waiver and Release) and send it to Corey/Jim at First Realty Property Management, 6690 Beta Dr., Suite 220, Mayfield Village, OH 44143.

Your request will be submitted to the Board for review and approval. If you do not have the form, please contact First Realty for a form.
