Property Update November, 2016

In the coming weeks, Schill Grounds Management will be performing the annual fall clean-up in the common areas throughout the property. They will also be re-seeding areas of turf that were burned out during the summer drought and have yet to rebound.

• Please note that the Association's Rules and Regulations state: "Each Unit Owner is responsible for watering the lawn and shrubbery adjacent to his/her unit to prevent browning and disease.
• Each unit owner will be responsible for any grass replacement due to unit owner damage." If your area is re-seeded, please make every effort to water the area as needed for the remainder of the fall.
• A complete gutter cleaning of all units is scheduled for November 11, 2016, weather permitting. This service will include clean out of all gutters and downspouts.
