Installation of Satallite Dishes

As the competition for residential television delivery heats up, the traditional cable companies are facing increased competition from satellite companies.

Without discussing the pros and cons of either option, Lakeview Ridge residents must remember that it is against the rules and bylaws to install satellite dishes onto the buildings or roofs.

Satellite Dishes may NOT be installed on the sides or roofs of Lakeview Ridge buildings.

Dishes found installed on sides or roofs of buildings must be removed and any installation damage must be repaired. If the unit owner doesn't have the offending dishes removed in a reasonable amount of time, the owner will be fined each time a deadline for removal is missed.
