New Trash Removal Contract

The Board has recently renewed the rubbish removal contract for the Association with

Republic Services of Cleveland at a reduced cost effective November 1, 2016. The new

contract continues our existing service of hand-pick rubbish removal and service will

continue to be provided on Thursday of each week for the time being.

• In addition, the Board has voted to add recycling services to the weekly pick up beginning January 1, 2017.

Attached is a flier from Republic Services outlining the terms of the recycling services. We remind you that this service will not begin until January 1, 2017.

With the added recycling service, it may be necessary to change the day of pick up for both rubbish and recycling. Notice will be provided in advance of any change to the weekly pickup day.

• As mandated in the Rules and Regulations, trash may not be put out for collection earlier than 6 p.m. the day before pick up.
• Empty trash containers must be removed from the curb and stored inside and out of sight except on the day of collection.

As we are all aware, Ohio winds can be very strong and will blow trash containers around the property if not stored properly.
